Goal


Any date field values that are passed in these two XAI inbound services is changed.
 For Example if We complete a Work Order that requires a Meter Read and the
 Inbound XAI Service passes a Read Date Time value of 07/08/2014 14:11 it is changed to 07/08/2014 18:11. This happens consistently regardless of the time passed in the request.

 For the C1FieldActivityMaintenance the same issue happens when the XAI Inbound Service is trying to add a lof entry with a Date Time of 07/08/2014 14:11 it is changed to 07/08/2014 18:11.


When we try to update the Account characteristics or Premise characteristics it is throwing system error.
