Symptoms

ISSUE
=====
In ASCP Data Collection for ATP and APS Planning/Missing Data After Data Collection - OPERATION ROUTING INCOMPLETE IN ASCP
   -- For at least one item, we have operation routing incomplete in ASCP if compared with BOM module : one routing operation out of 2 is missing in ASCP.
           -- only few ECOs have the problem : the items in ECO FR1**, ECO FR1-3**
-------------
The customer has seen it long time ago but did not have time to deal with it, yet
-- the information is not correct in Collection as the operation 100 has a disable date ! and this disable date is equal to the effectivity date in BOM module

=> one operation is missing in ASCP

-- Planning Manager Running - Yes
-- Consume MPS Profile - Yes
