Symptoms
On BRM 7.5.0.8.0 version, Pipeline Manager
The Credit Control XMLs have been generated by the Pipeline (FCT_ApplyBalance) without the .xml extension. This was happening only in high loads on a production system.
The configurations of ApplyBalance plugin looks like below:
