All Calls Are Getting TCAP Timeouts After Installing OCSB RP10, RP11 or RP12 (Doc ID 1925679.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Converged Applications Server Service Controller (OCCAS-SC), release 6.0.0.1, when running calls on OCCAS-SC with a TDM stack, after upgrading to a later Rolling Patch (RP10 - RP11 - RP12), all the calls are failing with TCAP timeouts.

The following kind of exception can be observed in the server.log when running calls :

 



Changes

 Recent upgrade of the Rolling Patch level. Rolling patches 10, 11 and 12 are affected.
