OCMC Throws Error If JMS Message On Queue Does Not Contain CustomerID

When OCMC is required to be connected to the ECE JMS connection in order to listen for and process certain types of messages, if the message on the queue is not for OCMC , OCMC throws an error:
This particular message was not destined for OCMC, so OCMC should simply view and if not required discard it. This is may cause a lot of ERRORS in the logs , as ECE publishes many events on the JMS queue.
