The issue is related to an inconsistency in the Business Interaction (BI) life cycle.
When performing, biMan.switchContext(bi, null), the Logical Device Account (LDA) added in a Service contains the inventory status as PENDING INSTALL and it remains in in PENDING INSTALL even if completing the Business Interaction.
The expected behavior is that the LDA's Inventory State must change to "INSTALLED" once the BI was completed, but it does not, because the LDA creation seems to be tied to a "Ghost BI", which is a BI with a null ID. This is different from the live context.
And as long as it's tied up to this "Ghost BI", it is not possible to change or delete it.
