ChangeCAST Transfers Fails with Error: "com.agile.admin.client.value.AdminException: An error occurred. Please check the log file for details"

Symptoms

ChangeCAST fails when trying to transfer. A dialog box comes up with "The user "AdminCC" may have been disconnected from the Agile Server. ChangeCAST will now exit.".
