Goal

In an account having multiple billinfo's, is it possible to trigger collections at the account level?

Example

Organization XYZ has 3 departments: IT, FINANCE AND SALES.
The 3 departments receive separate bills and pay for their own bills.
However, the requirement is that dunning should happen at the account level.
i.e. even if IT department does not pay its own bills, the dunning actions like suspension/cancellation should happen across all departments.

Is this possible to be achieved OOTB?

From the documentation, we understand that collections profile is associated at the bill unit level. Is it possible to associate collections profile at any other level (account or service)?

Having a Siebel-AIA-BRM integrated stack for handling collections module. Is it possible to achieve the above scenario with any OOTB configuration?
