Plans Tab in Customer Center is Showing Blank Screen (Doc ID 1926301.1)

On : BRM version, Customer Center

Issue :

It was experienced that the Plans tab in Customer Center is not fetching details of the products and showing up a blank screen.

Details :

* After clicking on the Plans tab, looks like the Customer Center is not responding any more clicks and looks like it is hung.
* One has to forcefully close the Customer Center and re-launch to carry out any other operations.
* Furthermore, it was observed that this issue is happening only for specific CSR logins. If one logs in using another CSR login and tries to open the Plans tab, it is working ok.
* After looking at the cm pinlog for both the good CSR and bad CSR, we saw that the below opcode is executed when one clicks on the Plans tab :

In working scenario, below opcode is fired and returns fine :
