Notice that the Effective To date is left blank.
When attempting to add an Effective To Date, the following error is seen:
ERROR

Disable date must be greater than or equal to today's date
APP-MRP-22016: Overlapping in date range occurs at Effective Date: 01/01/2011
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Find sourcing rules where there are multiple Effective Dates and one of the rows contains a blank To Date and the From Date is prior to another From Date in the form
2. Try to provide an End Date
Error occurs

Due to this issue, users cannot setup sourcing rules correctly.
