Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 13.2, while creating an off-invoice deal using the dealupld.pc batch that has the threshold limit type as 'Q' and threshold value type as 'Q', the system throws the following error:
If the same flow is performed through the RMS user interface, both values are mandatory when creating an off-invoice deal. It is expected that both flows for off-invoice deals creation (RMS UI and DEALUPLD.PC) would show consistent behaviors. w
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create an off-invoice deal through the RMS interface, entering all mandatory values (including threshold limit type and threshold value type).
- Note that the deal is created with no errors.
- Create the same off-invoice deal using dealupld.pc batch having the threshold limit type as 'Q' and threshold value type as 'Q'.
- Note the error: "Threshold Limit Type must be blank if Threshold Value Type is Q".
