Refresh Button Is Producing Operation failed Error In RPAS Version 13.4.3.4 (Doc ID 1926742.1)

Symptoms

When clicking the Refresh button on any workbook, the Fusion Client is throwing the following error: "Operation failed. Please contact the System Administrator."

The Fusion Client log file shows "ERROR - java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1".
