Lock Contention on Hmaint.db and Language.db Databases During Multi-User RPAS Fusion Client Test (Doc ID 1926788.1)

When using LoadRunner to evaluate some performance tests on Retail Predictive Application Server (RPAS) Fusion Client version, we note some database locking issues with 10 active users conducting these actions:

  1. Creating a workbook
  2. Creating a new dynamic position maintenance (DPM) position in the workbook
  3. Running the available custom menus
  4. Submitting the workbook
  5. Logging out
