Problem While Processing the Password During Upgrade to PSRM 2.4.0 SP1 While Running Oradbi (Doc ID 1927132.1)

While installing SP1, it is not possible to run oradbi from the main root directory of <Patch 18167511> (PSRM 2.4.0 SP1)

When running oradbi from the main root directory of patch, the following error is raised:


Upon replacing the jarfiles directory in the root of the patch with the jarfiles in the FW directory, rerunning oradbi from the FW directory works.
