Reject Records Are Not Generating Under OutputPath Directory Mentioned In SuspenseCreateOutput Output Stream

Symptoms
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0 patchset 8, Suspense Manager is no longer suspending Event Data Records. This was observed after upgrading to BRM 7.5.0PS8.
Description:
EDRs cannot be suspended or sent to SuspenseCreateOutput stream. After processing an EDR file having one record with invalid customer login, the EDR file goes to $IFW_HOME/data/error directory instead of the directory mentioned in the SuspenseCreateOutput out stream ($IFW_HOME/data/reject).
This same behavior is not experienced in the BRM 7.5 releases prior to PS8.
Due to this issue, Suspense out file (suspense_create__xxx.out) are not getting created in reject directory.
