Records With Null Store ID Appear in JL_ENR

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 12.0.9IN (India localized version), for some NOT TRANS records in the JL_ENR table, the ID_STR_RT, ID_WS, ID_OPR and ID_EM columns have a null or 'space' value.  The Binary Large Object (BLOB) message in these records appears as follows:
   - System in Offline
   - OR System in Online
   - OR Administration Security Override Granted
   - OR Hard Total Reset


Sample Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Execute the following query:
    select * from JL_ENR  where id_str_rt =' ';

  2. View JL_ENR.  Note that some NOT TRANS records appear with Store ID set to a null/space value and BLOB message as follows:
    - System in Offline
    - OR Hard Total Reset

  3. There are also some NOT TRANS records with BLOB message as above, but with correctly set Store ID.
