Goal

**Examples provided in this article do not represent real life personal/confidential information**

**Disclaimer:** This KM article may include the following abbreviations:

NMS - Oracle Utilities Network Management System

The Event Details Customer Call time appears to be rounded or truncated as it does not display the seconds.  Users expect it to show the time of the first call (including seconds).  For example:

Event Details displays a Customer Call time of 10:12:00 rather than first call time of 10:12:16.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Enter a call at a random time, such as 10:12:16, then select the newly created event from Work Agenda.
2. Open Event Details for the new event.
3. Notice that the Customer Call time displayed shows 10:12:00 rather than first call time of 10:12:16.
