On Agile e6.1.3.0 HF0001 + HF0002

When working with the Java Client sporadically Java Client hangs

Java Client log showing error

... No DTV C++ Interface Available ...

STEPS:
---------------------
Not all use cases known in detail, but one use case is:

1.) Start the Java Client

2.) Work for 6 hours without having problems

3.) After 6h try to open Systeminformation mask via TOP Menu Manager > Monitor > Systeminformation

Find Java Client hanging - must be killed via TASK Manager

 

Prerequisites:

--------------------

Agile e6.1.3.0 HF0001 + HF0002 installed

application specific config file has TicketLifeTime = "21600" (6h) configured
