Symptoms

The Hierarchy Denorm service stalls without reporting errors. It still processes PKIDs and requests but not writing any rows to the GSM & SCRM denormalized tables. Out of the box configuration for the Denorm service is used with the additional logging enabled. This only occurs in the load balanced environment, but the service is only running from 1 node on each environment at a time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Hierarchy Denorm service should complete successfully.
