'Invalid Request / Error While Processing Request' & Red Oracle Logging into OFSAA - JDBC Info Correct

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, there are errors in the Infrastructure screen after logging in.  There is a red Oracle along the top of the screen instead of the Top Banner and the following error appears in the middle of the screen:

Invalid request / Error while processing request

Please contact your System Administrator for more information.

In a Tomcat environment, errors like the following are output to the catalina.out file:

SEVERE: Servlet.service() for servlet [jsp] in context with path [/OFSAA73] threw exception
Throwable occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException

As a result, the OFSAA Infrastructure screen does not load successfully.

You have checked the JDBC connection information in Tomcat / Weblogic / Websphere and confirmed the information is correct.  You do not have the issue described in <Document 1625119.1> "'Invalid request / Error While Processing Request' and Red Oracle After Logging into OFSAAI 7.3.3".
