Symptoms


When trying to define Time Buckets in Balance Sheet Planning (BSP), the form fails and the following error occurs in bsplog.log.

Error:
SQL_GENERATE_TIME_BUCKET_FROM_TO_DATE :{CALL FSI_GENERATE_DATES(?,?)}
[ERROR] [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '1' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] com.oracle.bsp.ui.timebucket.dao.TimeBucketDao - java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Steps:
1. Navigate to the Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) -> Administrator Activities-> Master Maintenance > Assumption Forms
2. select Time Bucket Definition from the list of forms displayed.
