Performance Issue In AACG, HTTP Error 503 Service unavailable (Doc ID 1927696.1)

On : version, Performance

When attempting to use various GRC screens,
the following error occurs.

A connection to the server has failed (status=503)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Result Management > Manage Incident Results at this point I enter a control by selecting Pending Results Count and then I selected Detach. Takes from 5 to 15 minutes to get results back or receive message that connection to server has been lost
