Symptoms

Central Designer deployment fails with System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80042612):

Look in the InForm Application Event log for the following error:   Cache is not initialized yet

Look for this specific cache in the InForm Application event log, i.e.:  Location=.\PFSingleKeyCache.cpp: (120)

If PFSingleKeyCache is found then this is fixed in Inform 6.1 (Jira Bug INF-15640)
