"Failed to Render Report" Exception Encountered While Running Hourly Productivity Report (Doc ID 1928214.1)

In Oracle Retail Back Office (ORBO), an unexpected exception occurs when running the Hourly Productivity Report.  The following error is observed in the ORBO log:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) register.
2. Ring a No Receipt Return transaction in one reporting period (i.e., only return transactions during an hour).
3. Log in to ORBO and run the post processor.
4. Observe that when accessing the Hourly Productivity Report, an unexpected exception occurs with the error above observed in the ORBO log.
