RFM: Error Occurs Upon Inserting/Editing a Tax Regime When One Is Already Assigned
Last updated on AUGUST 17, 2016
Applies to:Oracle Retail Fiscal Management - Version 13.2.7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Oracle Retail Fiscal Management (RFM) 13.2.x shows an error when the user tries to view/edit a Tax Regime for a Store/Warehouse with a tax regime already assigned. The same error appears when trying to insert a tax regime that is not inserted in table L10N_BR_DIFF_TAX_REGIME. After dismissing the error message, the user is not allowed to edit/insert the tax regime because the system is still checking whether the item is inserted in table L10N_BR_DIFF_TAX_REGIME. However, this table's foreign key was disabled in a previous version.
The error message shown on this screen only displays the error code. This code is not inserted into table RTK_ERRORS.
