Goal

A system has Batch Rating Engine (BRE) and Realtime Rating Engine (RRE) rating for Pricing Design Center (PDC). There is no Elastic Charging Engine (ECE) setup. BRE and RRE transformation engines run 24x7 in the server.

There is an issue after transforming the delayed usage products from PDC to BRM.

User created a delayed usage product(with a rate plan for delayed gsm event) in PDC and successfully transformed it from PDC to Billing and Revenue Management (BRM).

But while doing the Call Detail Record (CDR) Pipeline usage in BRM, tollowing error is thrown in stream log:

From Pricing Center, no rate plan was attached to the product which got created in PDC. This issue is happening only for batch rating products with delayed events created in PDC.

To solve the issue, the user has applied the following steps:
1) Stopped both transformation engines (BRE and RRE).
2) Created a similar kind of product in PDC and submitted the changeset.
The changesets were at 'pending' status since the transformation engines are not running at that time.
3) Started the BRE engine first and then RRE engine.
Products got pushed successfully from PDC to BRM, the rate plan attached to the product in Pricing Center, and a CDR Pipeline usage rated successfully.

However, when RRE started first and then BRE, it got failed again.
