Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when attempting to set up Advanced Control Services (ACS) Notification Templates (for the NOTF node) using a time balance type, the following errors occur when the control plan is executed by slee_acs:
The resulting notification is sent without the variable part substitutions.
