Route Link Is Not Active in Ship Cube Inquiry Query Results Screen

In Oracle Retail Warehouse Management System (RWMS) 13.2.x, the 'Route' link is not enabled on the Ship Cube Inquiry query results form.  How can users enable this link?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Ship Cube Inquiry screen.
2. Create a query and run it.
3. The query results open in the Query Results screen.  Note that the 'Route' button is not enabled.
