Resizing Affected Item Window on IE Doesn't Work Correctly

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Resizing Affected Item window on IE doesn't work correctly.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Resizing Affected Item window on IE works correctly


WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------
Using Firefox, it works.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Case1:
1. Login to Web Client using IE
2. Open a change order and click Affected Items tab
3. Select a row in Affected Items and maximize the browser window
-> The window is not maximized correctly.The right side of window is blank.
4. Once the issue occurs, the right side of window remains blank anywhere.

Case2:
1. Login to Web Client using IE
2. Maximize the browser window and open a change order and click Affected Items tab
3. Select a row in Affected Items and resize the browser window (reduction)
-> The whole window is blank.
