Model Upload Fails with 'Error While Querying the Database for the Number of Records in the Column'

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Infrastructure, when you run the Model Upload process, it fails with the following errors in the Model Upload log in /<ftpshare>/<Infodom>/logs:

FSI_D_FORWARD_RATE_AGMTS.

 This column EXERCISE_FREQUENCY has been deleted from the table FSI_D_FORWARD_RATE_AGMTS in the new database model
Error while querying the database for the number of records in the Column EXERCISE_FREQUENCY which are not null.

 The Column EXERCISE_FREQUENCY of table FSI_D_FORWARD_RATE_AGMTS cannot be deleted as the table has data for this column.

 This column EXERCISE_FREQUENCY_MULT has been deleted from the table FSI_D_FORWARD_RATE_AGMTS in the new database model
Error while querying the database for the number of records in the Column EXERCISE_FREQUENCY_MULT which are not null.

 The Column EXERCISE_FREQUENCY_MULT of table FSI_D_FORWARD_RATE_AGMTS cannot be deleted as the table has data for this column.

The same error is repeated for all columns dropped from the FSI_D_FORWARD_RATE_AGMTS between 5.2 and 5.6 as listed in the PFT 5.6 data model file PFT_Datamodel-5.2-5.6_changes.xls.
