Why is the CASE_MASTER Table Not Showing Correct Value for SID Column in Argus? (Doc ID 1930195.1)

The SID column of the CASE_MASTER table is not showing the DB SID value; instead it is showing the Application Database name that is configured in the Argus.xml file.
Is this expected behaviour or is something wrong in the Database?
