The MetaSolv Solution application prematurely locks the user's Oracle account. This causes problems for customers who have set their resource limits very low in accordance with their corporate security policy. The problem can be recreated and/or demonstrated using the steps outlined below.
1. Create a MetasSolv Solution application user; example TESTUSER
2. Create an Oracle profile with a FAILED_LOGIN_ATTEMPTS = 2
