Records Are Not Displayed In Endeca Workbench When Setting Roll Up Key in /config/pipeline

Records that use an aggregate record roll up key are not displayed in the 3.1.2 Workbench Experience Manager for a project that uses the Deployment Template for Product Catalogue Integration (including ATG integrations).

We used Developer Studio to edit the config/pipeline directory where we have defined the roll up key as "product.repositoryId". When we use the roll up key in the application, records are no longer displayed in Experience Manager. What causes this to happen and how to resolve this?
