Question Marks Appeared Where Japan Place Holders Is Used In Letter Template (Doc ID 1930607.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.0.2 version, Letters

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
English placeholders like case_num & patient_initials are working fine.
However, "?" marks appeared at where Japan placeholders are being used in the letter template.

Examples:

1. [reporter_institution:primary_j]
2. [astj_reporter_department:primary]
3. [reporter_last_name:primary_j]  
4. [reporter_first_name:primary_j]

Issue occurred to the newly created letter template.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Letters should be generated with the expected values without "?" marks.

STEPS
-----------------------
Settings:
1. Go to Argus Console > Code Lists > Argus > Letter Configuration
2. Upload the letter template.

Steps:
1. Book in a case form and fill in the necessary field.
2. Go to Activity tab.
3. Click on the "New Letter" button.
4. Select the letter template and click OK.
5. Open and observe the output file.
