Auto Accept of FUPs is creating new cases rather than updating previous case

Auto accept of followup is creating new cases rather than updating the previously accepted E2B Compliant case. The problem occurs when the CompanyNumb is not all in upper case.


The Interchange log shows the following error: Unable to find the Case ID using the SQL: select NVL(case_xref,-1) case_xref from safetyreport sr where sr.report_id = ...
