How To Clear LOB Segment For Table F1_TSPACE_ENTRY Occupying 7 GB In Database (Doc ID 1931006.1)

In one of our MWM/ORS environments, we have noticed that one of the log segments corresponding to the table F1_TSPACE_ENTRY is occupying 7 GB of space. As a result, our application tablespace has been completely filled up leading to errors in the application including, 'ORA-01654: unable to extend index CISADM.XT241P0 by 128 in tablespace CISTS_01'. Can you please advise on how this space can be reclaimed/freed by purging/deleting/truncating and why it has filled up to this extent?
