In Network Charging and Control (NCC) 220.127.116.11, a problem exists when sending a Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) request to the Open Services Development (OSD) interface, to trigger specific service logic configured in a Control Plan. The OSD client will return a failure and the slee_acs process will log the following error in its log:
