Cannot Save Historical Report When Runing BOM Explosion Report on 9.3.3.0.30 Applied Environment When Application Server and File Manager Running on Different Platform (Doc ID 1931037.1)

Symptoms

On :  9.3.3.0 version, Standard reports

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Historical Report for BOM Explosion report cannot be saved.
This issue occurs when Application Server and File Manager has different Operating Systems and patch 9.3.3.30 is applied on both Application Server and File Manager

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Historical Report for BOM Explosion report can be saved

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply patches 9.3.3.30 and its prerequisit patches
2. Application Server OS : Red Hat Linux 6.5 X64
   File Manager OS : Windows 2008 R2 X64
3. Login Agile9.3.3 Web Client
4. Run Agile BOM Explosion Report
5. After report data is generated, click "save" for future reference.
6. Go to historical report tab of BOM Explosion Report

No record can be found for the previously "saved" report but on the history tab, there is previous report running log.
