Java Client Single Sign-On (SSO) Returns Error "Single-Sign-On is not available"

On : version, Base Component

When attempting to login as a SSO mapped user the following error occurs:

"Single-Sign-On is not available"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. prepare SSO according to e6.1.3.0 Security Guide
2. Try to login as e6.1.3.0 SSO enabled user
