In Oracle Financial Services Balance Sheet Planning (BSP) 6, when defining a date range in the Prepayment screen, the BSP interface is interpreting a date like "01/01/07" as "01/01/1907".  The interface is using the wrong year value.

For example, you want to define different Prepayment rates before and after 01/01/2007.  In the Payment Specification section, when you select a date of January 1, 2007 from the Calendar window for the "Start Origination Date" in the 2nd row, the End Origination Date changes to "12/31/1906":

Start Origination DateEnd Origination Date
01/01/1900 12/31/1906
1/1/07 12/31/2499

You cannot edit the End Origination Date values because they are greyed out.  This issue prevents you from setting the desired date ranges for assigning Prepayment Rates.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Go to Administrator Activities > Master Maintenance
  2. Right click and select Assumption Forms
  3. Go to 8. Prepayment for Current Position
  4. Create a new Prepayment
  5. Under Prepayment Specification, add a 2nd row.
  6. In the 2nd row, for Start Origination Date, select a Date of January 1, 2007 using the Calendar.

The End Origination Date in the 1st row changes to "12/31/1906".
