In an Oracle Commerce Platform + Oracle Commerce Guided Search integration, during the bulk indexing process, the opening of Endeca RecordStore transactions fails and logs an IndexingException.
Within the Oracle Commerce Platform logging, the following error is seen:
The commerce instances, BCC, and Endeca ITL host housing the Endeca CAS service, Tools service, and the Endeca HTTP service were forcibly restarted.
