Symptoms

Can not successfully use the createOrderByValueRequest XML API to create a particular type of PSR order that be created successfully with the same data through the MetaSolv Solution Software GUI.

MetaSolv Solution Software createOrderByValueRequest XML API throws the below error when trying to create the PSR order.
