Information in this document applies to any platform.
As part of installing the Oracle Retail Active Retail Intelligence (ARI) application database and integrating it with Retail Merchandising System (RMS), we are receiving the below error when trying to log in to the RMS application. Prior to this installation, the login was successful.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install ARI database.
- Perform steps to integrate with RMS.
- Try to log in to the RMS application.
