Goal
In Oracle Retail Allocation, why is our calculated need greater than zero (0) when there is no sales history on which to base the calculation?
Sample Steps to Reproduce:
- Create an allocation for an item (itemA) to store (store S1) based on a history rule.
- Make sure that no history exists (no sales) from the date range provided.
- Do not specify any Quantity Limits (QL).
- Calculate the allocation. Note that the calculated need is greater than zero.
