Symptoms

Adding a duplicate customer to Service Alert->Utility Customers Tab Search shows a misleading error.

The Add Account search doesn't tell the user that an account may already be in Service Alert.

Rather than saying "No Data Found - No items were found for this search", a more descriptive dialog should be displayed.
