Remote Point Code Becomes Unavailable If One Of Two SG Fails

In configuration where SS7 Destination (Remote Point Code) can be reached via two SG/SCTP association (Primary Remote SIGTRAN System and Secondary Remote SIGTRAN System) when one of the SG becomes unavailable or DUNA received from one of SG the Remote SS7 Point code state changes to 0 (Unavailable)and SS7 Destination becomes unavailable and cannot be used.
