Information in this document applies to any platform.
A customer is unable to log into your website with a known good password and recieved the error message:
This has been seen with passwords created in one of these ways:
- In CSC an agent creates a new customer profile and the automated email containing the user's system generated password is sent. When the user attempts to use this password their login attempt is denied with message that their password is incorrect
- The customer forgot their password and generated a new one using the Forgot Password mechanism.
Installed or upgraded to Oracle Commerce 11.x.
