OSM Task UI Is Giving An Oracle Exception ORA-00936 While Displaying The Worklist (Doc ID 1932474.1)

Symptoms

When a user creates a new worklist preference and sets a filter on one of the field and saves the worklist preference and comes back to Worklist screen, OSM displays on Oracle exception ORA-00936: missing expression
