Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Checkout Location of Attachment tab in Web Client shows null

Expected Behavior
Checkout Location of Attachment tab in Web Client to show the location like it does in Java Client

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Web Client
2. Open any object with attachment
3. Checkout the file
4. See the Checkout Location is null
