Goal
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM) Applications, while trying to tune the performance of the 'pin_deposit' utility with a custom query using pin.conf, the user noticed that 'pin_deposit' is not an multithreaded application (MTA) framework application though it is threaded application.
Please confirm whether this utility is not an MTA application?
